VENNGAGE
B2B marketers have been on the Venngage bandwagon for some time thanks to this clever design software offering hundreds of different infographic templates. The process is straightforward with users simply dragging and dropping their statistics and data to create professional charts and infographics. The end result is an easy-to-digest snapshot of otherwise complex (and sometimes boring) data.
BEAM
Another handy little tool to include in your content creation kit is Beam, a kind of express version of Venngage. It’s as easy as copying and pasting your statistics directly from an Excel document or Google Spreadsheet and Beam will have a pie chart, bar chart, or a line graph ready in seconds. A firm favourite in our office as it instantly makes posts look credible and insightful, plus the charts are perfectly formatted for social media. You can also download your charts and share with anyone.
PABLO
Social selling is dependent on fabulous visual content, and Pablo is ideal for creating beautiful posts that will help boost social media engagement. The easy-to-navigate software allows users to create posts either by either uploading a company image or choosing one of Pablo’s 600,000 searchable images. There are 25 fonts to choose from and the site also allows users to share to popular social networks directly from Pablo or you can download to use elsewhere.
CANVA
Canva is a user-friendly online graphic design solution that allows you to create smart, on-message marketing materials, presentations and social media graphics for any industry.
We love it for blogging and enhancing LinkedIn posts thanks to the easy-to-use design editor, heaps of layouts and a huge social graphics template collection that allows us to customise graphics for blogs and other social media platforms. If you want to take it to the next level upgrade to Canva for Work which allows you to save your brand’s colours, design tools, and templates as well as share folders with your team
