Every brand has a story.
It’s all about connection. If you can connect with your audience and draw them in you will build excitement, value, and provide the space for sharing. Your listeners, will become customers and then fingers-crossed, brand advocates.
Your audience may already know your products and services, however they are probably not aware of the story that drives the brand. What are the values and vision of the brand? Tell your audience what sets you apart from the competition, what is your point of difference? Why should they align themselves with your brand? Create a personality for your brand that resonates with your audience.
Including beautiful images and video will also attract attention and increase engagement with your brand story. Let your employees tell their stories - company culture stories; client success stories. Employee advocacy is critical to building strong brands. Your employees are your most valuable asset – without great people and great technology, you will go nowhere. Let them be part of your story telling.
Be simple, articulate and inspiring with your stories. Humanise them, take your audience on a journey sharing real life scenarios of how your brand has helped others overcome challenges. People are emotional beings, yes they like solutions but they also like solutions which are provided by good brands which are represented by great people.
